If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!I love coming here. The machines are good, the people are friendly too. I just can't wait for the race track to open.

It would be a whole lot more enjoyable if no smoking was allowed. It's nauseating!! Music was great, drinks were good, and food was ok.

My family and I were just passing through and needed a place to stay for a short time. We ended up staying for most of ten days. The casino and the horses races and the hotel are all wonderful, but what puts this place over the top is the security team. Richard in particular: I’ve never met a man with such burning desire for excellence at his job. We’ll be back.

The races are fun to watch! The casino itself is pretty small and seems to always be crowded. The smoking section bleeds into the non-smoking section, so the separation is pretty much pointless. The restaurant is great quality food and well priced! For a casino, the customer service is really good! Everyone was helpful, even when we had beginner questions.

Great atmosphere. Outstanding & professional staff. Top of the line Food Service & Wait staff. 5 Stars all the way. Very impressed. Had a wonderfully enjoyable visit and return trips already planned.

Ventanas USED to be a good place to get some grub at a good price. It seems that upgraded menus (not menu items) are the excuse to raise price and lower food quality. There is no win at the end of that track.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Safe. Security guards from casino walking hotel parking lot on routine. Didn't win anything in casino. Staff there were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable .Very well kept facility.I personally enjoy this place.Not only for the fabulous food, drinks, they also offer live horse races,plenty of slot machines and live entertainment.

My adult daughter and I had a great time there. I expected it to be a full house but all the machines were relatively empty. Had a little problem with one machine and it took what seemed like forever for the attendant to come check it. The staff is nice. The patrons on the other hand.....

The Campground (parking lot) was very nicely located so that you could watch the excersizing, time trials and races right from your camper. No noise or smells. Constant security cars going around. For $15 per night, with a 10 day limit, it was a wonderful stay!!! The Casino itself wasn't what we had hoped. We didn't even win enough to stay playing very long. VERY tight!!!

Like the live music and courteous bar staff. The security has gotten full of themselves recently as if they were a huge casino in Vegas... Remember you're located in Sunland Park 😂

Cool casino. The machine that always pays out is.... the atm! But still fun to go. Clean.

Great for overnight stop. RV's are parked near the track. Watch the horses train and race. Electric/water hookups. Only about 8 spaces for RV's so you take a chance. Texas/new Mexico border

They serve alcohol but you have to drink it in the bar. The bar has a band sometimes with a large dance floor! The nachos at the concession stand were the best part everytime I go! Yum! I love going here but never leave with money!

I have NEVER been to a casino that has as big a lot to park in, been refused to park our RV overnight. Not getting my money or my dinner, lunch, or breakfast!Probably have not missed anything anyway. Looked run down. Yes I am a little put out but I was in a good mood till I was told this.

I was really disappointed with how much this place has slowly deteriorated. It has become very dirty and filthy. Management has done an extremely poor job of designating one place as a smoking haven and the rest of the venue non smoking. The food is slacking and the staff needs a new infusion of positive attitudes and positive energy.

First time visiting. And we couldn't find a parking spot but when we did we sat in the car for 3 minutes and was approached by some of the workers. Stating the boss told them to tell us we need to go inside the casino or leave. Literally was being harassed. The casino was nice but I will not visit anymore because of how we was greeted upon arrival.
